Learning Conferences
This week is learning conference week.
Please remember that the school closes at 2:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Remember to bring your Portfolio to your learning conference.
- Room 4 is booked to swim on Mondays 12:30 - 1:00 and Thursdays 2:00 - 2:30.
- Please bring your swimming gear in a named bag to school on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Please make sure all your swimming gear is named as well as your school uniform. It's quite good to name your underwear as well, as it can get mixed up in the changing rooms.
- If possible, leave your tights and thermals off on swimming days. This will make getting changed a wee bit easier for you.
- We always take our fleeces to the pool and you can put your fleece on after swimming.
- Girls - please tie your hair up really well for swimming.
With outside temperatures still being quite cool and wanting you to enjoy your swimming experience, we will make a decision on the day as to us getting in the water or not.
Assume we will be swimming!
We'll see what the water temperature is like tomorrow and hopefully, we will have a swim!
Last week the junior school started an athletics interchange. This will continue for the next 3 weeks. If you have shoes that are good for running in and easy to take on and off, can you wear them on Tuesdays? It was tricky putting some shoes back on after long jump last week.
Tomorrow morning we are going to finish our Elephant Art!
We have been creating some stunning artworks.
